How do you find whether you are buying a reliable product?
Well it is an extremely difficult question to answer. But you can use below list as a buying guide.
1. Length of warranty.
2. CPU (Pentium I, II, III etc)
3. Other hardware configuration details such as memory, Hard Drive etc.
4. Run scan disk and check Hard Drive for errors such as bad clusters.
5. Check the CPU fan (for old computers)
6. Check the Power supply unit fan.
7. Switch on the PC and keep leave it for 15-20 minutes. PCs normally reboot automatically after some time when there are error in the main board.
8. Color quality and screen resolution capabilities of the graphic card.
9. Recommendations about the vendor.
Ok, from where can you buy quality but cheap computers? Since I am working in IT all my friends come to me when they have a problem with their PC or when they want to buy computers. Of course they have a tight budget and want to buy the best for their money. So I did a full research of vendors who are selling cheap but quality computers.
