So, how I decided to write this article? In my daily work, I encounter many computer problems and almost for each of these computer problems, that I’m trying to solve has a whole story. There is some computer problems, that could be fixed easily and quickly, also there is others computer problems, that are more complex, requiring more time, more patience, advanced diagnostic skills and depth knowledge, but most important here is, that more than 97% of all computer problems could be solved remotely.
